Summer Programs 2025
For summer 2025 we will be offering two training groups. The Comp Team program is aimed at skiers U16 and older or roughly the high school years, although this may be an appropriate choice for some middle schoolers. The Prep Team program is centered around the middle school years or U12-14 skiers although this may be the right choice for some U16s or those entering 9th grade. The objective with our training groups is to provide each skier with a situation where they are thriving and getting the right level of support and challenge at any given time in their development. This means providing flexibility and bridge opportunities at transitional ages.(Not sure about your age group? For summer training, we begin to employ the following year's age groups, U12: 2013-14, U14: 2011-12, U16: 2009-2010)
General Notes

Equipment rollerskis are utilized by the Comp Team in general and at training camps for the Prep Team. Email if you think you might want to rent a pair as supplies are limited.
Additional summer training equipment (for Comp Team and Prep Team camps) includes running shoes, a hydration belt (preferably one that doesn't bounce too much when running!), bounding poles (ski poles up to the chest or armpit with a good strap and tip), rollerski poles (with special tips for asphalt), bright clothing and a bike helmet (for rollerskiing).
