MVN is seeking three directors to build out our team and partner with a new Executive Director in 2025. We’re an active, future-focused board that welcomes big ideas and values the ability to get stuff done while having fun. We’ve been working to put in place good practices to support MVN staff as we change and grow. And we’re grounded in the present as we support the on-snow programs where the real magic happens! We’re seeking folks from all life stages, varied careers and community connections. Our strength comes both from our diversity and from our common passion for sharing the magic.
We’re Recruiting Board Members!
Practical stuff:
· MVN board is nine directors
· Full board meetings are monthly, as are most committee meetings
· Each director participates in one (or more) committee
Finance, Governance, Fundraising, Programming and Executive
· Terms are 2 years; up to 3 consecutive
· 2025 term begins July 1
