Fall Interval Series

What:

Our fall interval series (formerly known as FART) is 10 weeks of progressive workouts, coached by head coach Pete Leonard. Sessions incorporate mobility and general movement skills plus dryland technique in the warm-up, followed by interval training.  The intervals will begin with 20-30 min of 'work' time in the early sessions and build to up to 45 minutes at the end.

9:00am-11:00am Wednesday mornings starting September 18, through November 20

How:

Register HERE, then bring a good pair of trail shoes, appropriate clothing for the conditions, a water bottle waist pack or a running vest for water during the session, and a pair of dryland (aka bounding) poles: chest height, but a little shorter (bottom of the sternum) or taller (like your classic ski poles) will work.  It is important that the poles have a good functioning strap you can push on and a good metal tip that will hold when that force is applied.

Fall Training Camp
