Welcome Justine!

Justine Lucia is our new program coordinator, already making all of our lives easier and helping our organization do more, better. It’s hard writing a bio for yourself, but here’s what she had to say to introduce herself:

Justine learned to Nordic ski in the small hills of Wisconsin. After college she moved west to the mountains where she managed a small Nordic Center at Mt Hood. During her time there she became a PSIA Cross Country Ski Instructor and assisted in coordinating the Special Olympics statewide Nordic ski event.

She moved around the Northwest managing in Outdoor Retail and eventually landed in Bend, Oregon where she began to practice massage therapy. She maintained her connection to the Nordic world by becoming a Board Member for Meissner Nordic and volunteering for events with MBSEF.

In 2021, she moved to the Methow and is thrilled to now be joining the team at MVNSEF as the Program Coordinator to help to share the love of skiing in the community.
